- We offer free ground shipping with courier service for orders over \200,000 that are shipped within Korea. (Shipping fee normally costs add ￦4,000)
- Delivery is made only within Korea. Currently we don't have any plans to expand the scope to other countries.
- Your product will be shipped in at least two days and no more than seven days after your payment is confirmed. Please note that delivery can be delayed or will not be made to certain islands. (The period of force majeure such as natural disasters, Korean Thanksgiving, and Lunar New Year's Day holidays will not count as delivery days.)

Defective merchandise can be returned to WGmall within 7 days of receipt of receiving the merchandise at the address you specified to us when the order was placed.
