• We offer free ground shipping with courier service for orders over \200,000 that are shipped within Korea. (Shipping fee normally costs add £Ü4,000)
• Delivery is made only within Korea. Currently we don't have any plans to expand the scope to other countries.
• Your product will be shipped in at least two days and no more than seven days after your payment is confirmed. Please note that delivery can be delayed or will not be made to certain islands. (The period of force majeure such as natural disasters, Korean Thanksgiving, and Lunar New Year's Day holidays will not count as delivery days.)

• Defective merchandise can be returned to WGmall within 7 days of receipt of receiving the merchandise at the address you specified to us when the order was placed. Certain merchandise may require manufactures service first before the return is allowed in order to correct the problem. To return your product or merchandise call WGmall right away.
• You order a product and change your mind about the order and wish to cancel the order after the product has been special ordered for you a 25% restock fee still applies plus shipping charges.
• Products can ONLY be returned in UNOPENED & UNUSED condition. All returns must be made within 7 days of delivery. Restocking fee(s) may apply. Damaged, defective and misshipped items can be returned for replacement.
